H77 Apartments - Maison D'Art Collection

There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom that we couldn't stop at all - ended up just leaving the windows open when we could, but that only partially worked. The room was nice otherwise, but communication was very poor (no response to the whatsapp # that was supposed to be monitored 24/7 and not clear up front this is a 10 min walk from Hotel 77). Our room was on the fourth floor with a narrow staircase (also watch your head on the stairs, they're very low), so would not recommend for heavy bags. We also had very spotty wifi here.

Loved the location and the balcony kitchen area- even though we weren't there long enough to utilize the kitchen, it was nice to have- same with washing machine availability. Was not aware /missed message about the passport requirement - this took awhile to resolve as management not on premises, but the Irish bar next door made this very tolerable. Also was not aware of the stair climb- this unit would not be suitable for someone who cannot climb multiple stairs, or with multiple bags/heavy luggage.

Really enjoyed our stay, great location, fitted our big family of 4 kids.

Everything was great, above expectations, location was great.

We booked this hotel as we were arriving after midnight on a flight.
Choose it as it said 24hour reception and luggage storage. Once we booked was informed that it was separate to the hotel. 10min walk away. First time to Rome so don’t know the area. Was very stressful arriving not lights in long hallway had to climb 4 sets of stairs at 1am. Couldn’t find the correct room.
Once we arrived went to get a drink of water found sticky dirty glasses & cups.
Was very misleading on the website on details about the room.

Trevligt litet boende i centrala Rom. Gick ej stänga toadörr, oskön dubbelsäng och dåligt wifi men bra läge och kommunikativ personal som svarade 24/7 och tillät sen incheckning. Bra AC.

Communication with property management is problem. lower celing in stairs area not safety..

Location is excellent to arrive by train and walk to your apartment. We also walked from our apartment to the Colosseum and Forum comfortably and there are many restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. It is one minute walk from Santa Maria Maggiore to visit the grave of Pope Francis.

The room we stayed in was not in the same building as the hotel, and up three flights of stairs. It was fine, if not small, but the location was great.

En general todo bien lo único que no me gusto es que pensé que era un hotel pero realmente son departamentos administrados por un hotel y físicamente no esta la recepción ahí. Así que cuando llegamos esto fue una sorpresa sobre ya que para poder entrar se tenia que pagar los impuestos antes de accesar pero no había nadie ahí, lo tuve que hacer todo en linea desde la banqueta, una vez pagado los impuestos nos pasaron las claves de acceso para poder entrar.
