Pros:

Property was exactly as pictured. Even better! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodating. The owner was super sweet and made sure we were good. I utilized the rooftop bar, the pool and the laundry service. The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable! The food and drinks were good and the chef was nice! And our driver, Mike, was great! I would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again!

Surprisingly good!
Pros:

We stayed in the budget rooms at the hotel for a total of three nights. We didn’t expect much since it was a last-minute solution after our original hotel booking fell through. However, the staff at Moshono Hillside were incredibly accommodating and friendly despite our late request.

The staff were extremely helpful with everything—from transportation and check-in to laundry service and more.

The hotel itself was modern and had a well-equipped gym, which we made use of several times during our stay.

As mentioned, we didn’t have high expectations since we booked the budget rooms, but the only things we would point out are that the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and fresher, and the pool could use a little more care and maintenance.

All in all, a fantastic experience at a hotel with wonderful staff, a very kind hotel owner, and great facilities!
