The place is old and small. There are flies around the place and the towels are grey that doesn’t look clean. Does not look similiar to the room I booked from the platform, will recommend my friend to avoid the place.
Old and small. The hygiene condition is not ideal. Flies around the hotel, water tastes off. The facilities and the room condition has deteriorated. Wet slippers in the toilet with grey towels provided. Will avoid the hotel for upcoming stays.

Fake photos. Place is horrible. Not worth the 60 euros per night
Honest Review of My Stay – Great Location, But Some Setbacks
I recently stayed at this property during my trip to Seoul, and while I had a wonderful time in the city, here are a few thoughts about the accommodation:
Pros:
Accessibility & Safety: The biggest plus is the location—right next to DDP, which made exploring popular tourist spots super convenient. The area felt safe, even when walking around late.
Luggage Storage: Although there's no official luggage room or reception, we were able to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out (at our own risk). Thankfully, they remained safe.
Cons:
Reception: There’s no actual reception or staff onsite. The building is more of a converted hostel than a hotel. Communication is only via WhatsApp. Of the two contacts given, one never responded, while the other was reasonably responsive.
AC Issues: Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our room didn’t work—it was there more for show than function.
Breakfast Disappointment: If breakfast is important to you, manage expectations. All that’s offered is plain bread and jam. No plates, no cups, no cutlery. It was disappointing, especially when advertised otherwise.
Other Observations:
The windows do not open, which means no access to fresh air.
The room is compact (roughly 10x10 feet including a very tight washroom). If you're over 5'8", it might be a struggle—especially in the bathroom.
Seoul was absolutely beautiful, and I had a lovely time exploring it.
The positive thing with the place is that it's close to the subway, making it really easy to go to different places. Another positive thing was that the manager was easy to get in contact with over whatsapp, although there wasnt any staff there as such.
If you wanted them to clean during your stay this is somethint you had to pay extra for each time they'd do that.
The room that I had didnt have any window (but maybe some other rooms do, I dont know) or "real" shower. The breakfast was to be found out in a common fridge and it was just one type of bread and one type of jam.
The bed wasn't very comfortable.
The sound from the corridor and from neighbouring rooms carried through the walls making you hear other guests very well.
The rooms are on the second and third floor but there isn't any elevator, which means one has to carry the bags up one or two floors. This works for me but if you for whatever reason have a problem walking in stairs this is something to be aware of.
The room was very worn down and filled with extension cords and in order to turn on or off the AC I had to climb on top of a small fridge to plug or unplugg it from one of the extension cords.
