DO NOT book this property. I believe we got scammed. No communication from the property and we were unable to check in or stay. There are literally THOUSANDS of apartments on this property and had no communication. We had NO Communication from the property on how or where to check in and had to find other accommodations. We were also not able to get a refund.
The agent contacted us and canceled our reservation just five hours before our scheduled move-in, claiming the property was under repair and had been listed by mistake. When we explained that we had no other place to stay at such short notice, she offered a different unit — but with an additional charge. Because it was last minute and we couldn’t find anywhere else for a group of seven, we agreed to pay the extra fee. However, once we arrived, we realized that the furniture in the substitute unit was clearly inferior to what was shown in the original listing. The kitchen had a strong odor, and a cabinet door was broken and had fallen off.
It took multiple calls, a lot of back-and-forth communication, and an hour and a half of waiting before someone finally showed up. Then, they took us through the basement parking area and let us in through the back door of the building, which made us feel like we were staying there illegally or without proper permission.
To make things worse, a lady knocked on our door with cleaning supplies at 11:00 a.m., even though our checkout time was 12:00 p.m. When we told her we’d move out at noon as scheduled, she didn’t leave but instead waited right outside our door, which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable.
Overall, this was a stressful and disappointing experience that lacked transparency, professionalism, and basic hospitality.
Good apartment
I felt right at home thanks to the clean, well-equipped room and the warm, attentive service. The location was also very convenient. I’ll be happy to return in the future.

I was able to use the kitchen in the apartment with all the cooking utensils provided by the host. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and the host was very supportive and helpful.
Great location. We arrived early, but the kind host helped us check in ahead of time. The check-in process was easy, and the apartment was beautiful and clean. I will definitely come back on my next business trip

This is the biggest scam we’ve ever encountered. You don’t get what you pay for, and it’s a very dirty place. Please avoid this apartment.
The host never communicated with us to give us the key to the apartment or any instruction how to get to the apartment. Be careful this might be a scam. Contacted Expedia and hopefully they give us a refund.
Dident look like any of the pictures, no awnser from the host except when She wanted payment. The ac dident work for two days. Just horrible..

I booked a 3 day stay at this location but my flight got delayed and wasn’t able to connect with the hotel management so i missed my first night even though I pay everything in full. So when I arrived at this location, I was unable to connect with the property manager for the whole day and got kick by the security. Turn out they book my room to someone else without letting me know. Now they are not even giving me back my full refund for the 3 days that I didn’t even get to stay in. I was really disappointed and frustrated at the same time.
Apartment was fabulous and well maintained .. a few things could have been better managed :-
- Exact building and unit number should have been provided before check-in
- Host could have installed drinking water filter
- Host could have kept some plates, salt, pepper, napkins etc.
立地はとても良い。しかし利用方法について具体的な説明がなかったので、夜中に到着したが入館方法がわからず1時間以上外で過ごした。メールしても反応が遅く、また回答が不明確。立地が良いだけにとても残念なホテル。入館方法やサービス等を明確に開示したり、よりタイムリーに返信して貰えればまた利用したい。
This is a case of non-delivery of service. I paid for the apartment stay on March 9, 2025, but the apartment was never provided. On March 8 and 9, I attempted to contact the property for check-in instructions through the Expedia messaging app and WhatsApp using the provided phone number, but received no response. As a result, I was unable to check in. In the end, Expedia refunded me but they should have done a better job vesting these scammers.

またホテル側にとって大事な内容のレスポンスは早いのに対してプールは何処？などのレスポンスは一切なかった。
