What to expect with a $60 hotel
Pros:

Took forever to check in, they had me call a number that got sent to Voicemail 4 times. When finally got room, the place didnt feel clean in the slightest and there were open beer cans throughout the stairwell

Pros:

It smelled like moth balls. Holes in walls. Bed was uncomfortable. Good thing was I only paid 70$ for it. Should of been more like 10$. Owner was very nice. Outside doors didn't lock, didn't feel very safe. Won't stay there again!

Pros:

Not only did they have the rooms that I reserved and prepaid for, it was one of the dirties hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.

Pros:

Found trash from 2009 in our room. Headboard fell off the wall when I was plugging in my phone. Grass was tall and overgrown by the walkway
