The staff was great and the check in was quick and easy. The room was great with an open area. The temperature was great as well. The pool and spa was fantastic and relaxing. I would come here again.

I was surprised at what I got for the money spent. The room is clean and comfortable.

Nice stay clean rooms, comfortable

Really nice and comfy hotel the rooms are really big with a separate living room area. Seems pretty new, not too much wear and tear. The bed was really comfortable. There's a huge indoor pool, the fitness center is very minimal. The free breakfast didn't have any hot foods just cereal, oatmeal, bagels, but at least there were some boiled eggs.

Room was a suite! It was big and everything was clean. Older property but location and price is a great value.

This is a great place to stay if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room. Breakfast was decent but facilities could use some upgrades.

Hot tub, pool, comfortable room

The bathroom shower was dirty the light ceiling fan was rusted filthy and didn't work leaving a moldy smell.

We stayed at this facility many times when it was Best Western Executive Suites. It was always comfortable and clean with a full breakfast. It is Spark by Hilton now. The rooms are minimalist now. The hide- a-bed couch is unusable as a couch or a bed- either use is extremely uncomfortable. There were no towels in the room except for a used washcloth. We got fresh linen from the front desk. No shampoo in the dispenser. The breakfast was continental. At this time, the $10- $15 reduction in price per night isn't enough for me to book here again after using this facility (as Best Western) for the last 10 years.

We were greeted by Barbara very polite lady. She was very friendly and advised us about the availability of breakfast in the morning. The different breakfast items etc, unfortunately when my family and I came downstairs for breakfast at 9:05 am they only had some cereal and a few bagels. The yogurt machine was out of yogurt and the hard boiled eggs were gone as well.

We asked if there were any other options but unfortunately we didn’t get any. If you stay I recommend you go get breakfast early at 6am in order to get a better variety.

The tub/shower combo was not working properly. We had to hold the drain stopper up because it would not stay open in order to drain the water.

Front staff was great! I will definitely stay again. I only wish I had more of a cooling system in sofa bed area. Overall great stay

I put do not disturb on my room when we left. We came back and my door was open ! Someone had opened it. Means only staff/personnel could do that !?
Luckily nothing was stolen but someone went into our room and left it open!

This place is nice. It’s clean, has comfortable-sized rooms, a pool, and easy parking. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because of the lady Barbara who helps with breakfast. I went at 9:15am for some breakfast (breakfast ends at 10am), she was already taking everything down. There was no milk for the cereal, so I had to ask for some. By 9:50am, there was almost nothing left on the counter except for coffee. She was very rude when I asked for fruit and milk. I think if she’s in charge of breakfast, she should be more polite and friendly with guests.
