HOTEL CABALLERO ERRANTE

Staff were very friendly even though I did not speak Spanish well. It is about a 30 minute Metro ride to the center of Madrid, but away from the tourist crowds and close to the Chamartín station where I needed to catch my onward train to Vigo. On the last day I decided to try their breakfast buffet, which had freshly made coffee, nice pastries, fruit, and juice. I was on the first floor, which was above the ground level on the street-side, but the neighborhood is fairly quiet. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend it for travelers who have similar needs.

The place was great, but you are looking for a place close to the city center, keep in mind it's you will have to do at least 30 min by Metro to get the city center.

Everything Is ok and good except the bed was not comfortable

Very friendly staff. There were really any amenities or extras. The room was very basic. However the hotel is located on a very quiet street. My room had a balcony.

Local muito bom, bem localizado, seguro, transporte público próximo, atendimento dos funcionários muito bom.

Senti falta de mais tomadas de energia e também de um frigobar.

Nice hotel, excellent neighbourhood, friendly staff but was surprised by the €13 per day parking charges. It would be nice if that was mentioned upfront

We were just looking for an affordable hotel near the train station to sleep a night while we waited for our train, hotel Caballero did not disappoint! Very friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed.

Good value hotel, well kept and friendly

Loud. Doors closing, people in the hall way, cleaning crew, outside. You hear everything. The curtains don’t block light well.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

The hotel receptionists and the lady that provides breakfast were very helpful, attentive and polite.

Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly, beds were ok but the floors were disgusting.

Nos alojamos para pasar una noche y fue ideal para ello ya que fuimos de concierto. Está cerca de las paradas de metro (apenas 7-10 minutos andando). La llegada con el coche y registro fue sencilla, también tiene un parking propio el cuál es económico y está bien.
