Pros:

Très belle séjours dans cet hôtel, personnelle très proche de moi et ma famille pendant l'accueil du receptionist je me suis senti entouré de ma famille, l'idée d'ajouter l'option petit déjeuner c'était une très bonne idée parce qu'il y'avait de tout les couleurs à manger et à volontés, la propreté n'ont parlons pas, pour le dernier jours ils vous laisse le temps de partir sans qu'ils vous mettent la pression mieux que les autres hôtels dans la Mecque et medine qu'ils n'étaient pas à la hauteur de ce petit hôtel. Merci RASIA Hôtel, chapeau bas 5***** 10/10.

Great hotel for family, staff are very friendly and the female manager went above and beyond to facilitate guests requests. Great stay.

Also no view from the window.

Pros:

Very clean and beautiful place to stay. Central, great location. Non- smoking rooms which is perfect.
Although we booked and paid for 3 people however everything provided was for 2 people including breakfast.

Pros:

The customer service sucks. None of the receptionist have a smile in their face nor do they know what they’re talking about. The hotel itself is really pretty and modern. There’s barely anything to do. Definitely try to find a hotel that’s closer to downtown Jeddah.
