I like👍 good hospitality

I stayed at the Capricorn Apartments for 2 nights with two friends and we really liked it - for the excellent value, Istanbul was generally expensive and this apartment was a great deal. The small apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a small efficiency kitchen. Abdalah at the front desk spoke perfect english and was easy to understand and super responsive and helpful in booking sunset cruise, taxi service and anything we needed.

The location can be a little hard to find, with small streets that appeared to be very often blocked by delivery trucks and we had to walk up a few flights of stairs (so anyone who isn't quite mobile may have a harder time here but we thought it was great). It's a short walk from the main area of SultanAhmed and close to the Grand Bazaar.

The hotel is central to many of the big sites in Istanbul. It’s attached to a travel agency. The reception desk staff is very helpful. Room itself was ok. There was black mold in the bathroom however and women’s hair on the towels and kitchen sponge. Could have been cleaner.

Abdalah was very professional and took good care of us. He guided us about tours etc and booked it for us. Service was excellent and room was clean and hotel is close to all major attractions. I would stay there again. 👍

Pros: excellent location: walking distance from major historical sites, shops, restaurants…
Cons: streets can be noisy at night as well as other customers. The toilet flush was broken but managed. It is not easy to access the hotel as the streets are stiff.
I had an unpleasant first encounter upon my arrival for check in to discover that the room they tried to give me wasn’t what I booked on hotels.com they tried to give me a basement room while the one I booked was with view. They ended up giving me the room on the 5th floor which I booked on the website as if it was an act of kindness.

Is very clean and they always help me, even with an Early check in !!

Would have been nice to have shampoo refilled, and conditioner.

Oda görsellerde gösterilen gibiydi. Temizdi fakat giriş 14:00 ve biz 15:00’da otele giriş yaptık geldiğimizde bizi bekletip odayı kontrol etmeye gitti görevli. Check-in öncesi bu kontrollerin çoktan yapılması gerekiyordu. Ayrıca görevli Türkçe bilmiyordu. İletişim olarak zorlayıcıydı. Bu iki durum haricinde konaklama güzeldi.

キッチン付きだが電子レンジと洗い場ぐらいなので料理しようと思うなら不満があると思うが買ってきたものを温めて食べたりフルーツをカットする程度ならちょうどよい。
部屋やバスルームは十分な広さがあり快適。
whatsappの連絡先を示されたが使えないので何かあった時に連絡できずに困った可能性あり(何も無ければ問題ないが)。

El hotel est muy bien situado y muy cerca de las zonas turisticas. La fotos que aparecen en la aplicación, no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. Mobiliario muy deteriorado, paredes sucias y el baño deja mucho que desear. Si hubiese sabido el estado real de la habitación, seguro hubiera elegido otro hotel.
La cama si era comoda.

Hotel Capricorn by Otantik Suites to absolutnie jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w jakich miałam przyjemność się zatrzymać! Już samo wejście do pokoju zapiera dech w piersiach – widok na główny plac z okna jest po prostu spektakularny. Pokój był urządzony z niezwykłą dbałością o detale, panowała w nim idealna czystość, a klimatyzacja zapewniała komfort nawet w upalne dni.

Ale to śniadanie... to była prawdziwa uczta dla zmysłów! Bogactwo wyboru, świeżość produktów i smak potraw zasługują na osobny poemat. Każdy kęs był rozkoszą.

Capricorn by Otantik Suites to miejsce, które łączy w sobie luksus, komfort i niezapomniane wrażenia. Jeśli planujecie wizytę w Konya koniecznie zarezerwujcie tam pobyt, choćby na kilka dni. Gwarantuję, że nie będziecie żałować!

Very nice place to stay.Overall had a great time.

I'm loving it here so much that I've booked extended stay. The manager is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely. The area is full of shops, restaurants and a park just around the corner. Easy walking distance to centre of Sultanahmet, but enough distance to be quiet here. I can't fault this place. There are also trips and tours available at reception. The cleaner comes in every day. She even washes any dishes I've not done from night before. I originally booked for 1 week to see if I like it. Now extended it to 3 so far. I love being able to cook for myself. The shower is amazing, almost gives me a massage, so soothing. It's on an incline but not too bad as I can manage it and I'm physically disabled. Everywhere else is flat walking in the surrounding area. I highly recommend this place. If I ever return to Istanbul I'd definitely be staying here again. The price is so reasonable for what it is. So glad I found this place! My pics are from first room. I'm in a larger one on ground floor now. Much easier to access without the stairs. But tbh, the stairs are not too bad.
