Presken Hotel Reliance

The staff were very helpful and professional in their approach. It was easy to discuss with them and my booking was handed to my satisfaction. The lead staff - Zainab was totally professional and very helpful.

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The property is clean, safe & accessible. It is a good place to stay.

The staff and management were outstanding, they when above and beyond to ensure that my accommodations were right and to my satisfaction. The food was nicely prepared and tasty. Security, housekeeping and all the servers were friendly, respectful and kind to me. I will most definitely be staying with Presken Reliance again!!

Staff were great but the facility is a mess. At the least should be shut down completely for repairs and renovations. Cockroaches and dust everywhere

This is the first time l stayed in Presken Hotel Reliance since it's renovation and l was highly impressed by how nice, clean and updated the facility is. My only criticism is that the facility could do a better job with its continental breakfast option of akara and pap in the morning! Who eats this heavy in the morning? 😂

If i have the opportunity to give no stars i will the Hotel is terrible, booked my reservation on Hotel.com make a payment and print out my receipts. On the to the Hotel i was told i cant check in before Hotel. Com has not called the Hotel. I showed my email and receipts still refusing my check in. The staff weren't helpful and rude. I was very polite and try to show the receptionist my receipts and email she totally ignored me. And speak in my native language not knowing i can here what she said. To ba ya wa ko ra e jade. I felt let down and embarrassed that i have to leave and booked an emergency Hotel around the area for my self that is even more expensive.

I won't recommend this Hotel to anyone please please please Avoid this Hotel for your stay worse nightmare.
