Pros:

Excellent location to explore Centro storico of Naples - however very loud on the weekends. Neapolitans know how to party well into the late morning

Pros:

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The bathroom door broke and fell off the hinges on the first use, which we had to carefully fix since the door is made of glass. Entry into the building isn't easy and the website did not always work.

There was a sauna in the room that was marketed on hotels.com as included in the rate, but it was not functional and required additional payment to use.

The final straw was that this property is right in the middle of a university party area, and there was extremely loud music blasting through the walls until 3:30 in the morning. I got zero sleep.

We ended up leaving the next day as the hotel was not acceptable to stay in. The property refused to refund the unused days.

Pros:

I did not even stayed here I had to walk away when I got to the property. I was super mad first dealing with AI to check in because no one is at the property . When I got there I was surprised that we are in a building where other people live. Very dirty and smelly area . You will first see trash cans by the entrance. The elevator is so tiny and hot I am claustrophobic person the minute the door closed I couldn’t even breath and was super slow. Got into the room it looks clean but for some reason did not feel safe so I left hoping I will get my money back .

Fantastisk och väldigt unikt designad lägenhet. Bra läge mitt i centrala Neapel. Rent och fräscht. Extra plus för vatten, juice och en liten flaska vin i kylskåpet.
