Pros:

Fomos bem atendidos. O hotel tem de tudo um pouco. E também é livre para comprarmos alimentação e bebidas fora e consumirmos no hotel, se quisermos. Tomamos café tanto no quarto como no hotel. Muito bom. Somente o colchão da sofá-cama não é confortável. O restante, tudo ótimo.

Ótimo custo benefício.
Pros:

É um ótimo custo benefício alugar por aqui. O quarto é confortável e limpo, não fornece utensílios básicos como copo, prato, etc... É bom levar caso queira comer algo no quarto. Tem uma boa estrutura e a maioria dos funcionários bem atenciosos, principalmente da recreação infantil. A nossa entrada foi liberada no hotel antes do meu horário e deu pra aproveitar bastante, as chaves do quarto tive que buscar as 14h. Nós horários limites estipulado de entrada e saída a recepção fica bem cheia, é bom ir antes ou depois. Os preços dos alimentos e bebidas lá dentro, estão dentro do comum, igual de shopping.
Se puderem escolher os andares de baixo é melhor, pois em alguns momentos os elevadores demoram bastante e fica mais fácil subir de escada.
É pertinho do Thermas, fomos de apé, menos de 5 min
Tem shows e atividades animadas o dia todo, música ao vivo, bingo... Super legal.
As piscinas são quentinhas, só a piscina infantil que estava bem gelada....
