Si tuviera limpieza diaria de las suites, colchón y almohadas menos incómodas, tendrían 5 estrellas. De ahí en más, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Pros:

The place itself is nice but needs a bit more work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there was construction going on all day, that is something that should have been disclosed so that guests are aware and decide to rent or not based on that. Our shower flooded on the first night and the water went all the way to the bedroom which made us switch rooms. The type of floor tile installed is very slippery and with the water, it became a bit dangerous. The room we were moved to also had a slow drainage, but it didn't flood. There is no water pressure at all. The towels were clean but very stained, those towels should not be used for guests anymore. Their bed frame is made out of concrete and the edges were sharp, my husband kept hitting his leg on the corner of the concrete bed. There is no headboard either, just more concrete, a little padding would be nice. Not enough pillows. No basic supplies like, dish soap, coffee, sugar, creamer.

I believe that with a little more attention to detail, it can be a better place.

Pros:

This hotel is new and very nice. Plus it is also centrally located just minutes from the beach. The only complaint I have is that the neighboring business is a restaurant and they play loud music. Seems like 7 AM is when it starts. That is the only complaint I have.

Great place for a short term stay.
Pros:

Great little place ( 6 suites ) in the middle of town close to everything. Was very quiet, clean and comfortable. All rooms were booked with friendly Canadians. We stayed just for 2 nights while checking out Guyabitos.
Kitchen was well equipped.
Door to the place was hard to find as it was almost covered up with stores beside overflowing stuff…
