THE PLACE HOTEL - Frankfurt City Messe

Temiz bir otel. Fiyat fayda anlamında çok uygun. Memnun ayrıldım.

No AC! It’s too hot in the room in summer!

I have stayed in a lot of questionable hotels around the world, but this was actually the worst. The room consists of patched carpets, lots of stains, brown and red stains on the bed linen and mattress, the bathroom was disgusting. The rooms have windows onto an extremely noisy street with life all night long and since there is no air conditioning here it is a crisis.. we could not have the window open and it was around 30 C in the room. BUT the nail in the coffin was the bed bugs! Didn't see these before we were going to leave, they were crawling around in the bed, several of them in many different sizes. completely unacceptable, this is going to cost us a lot as we have to freeze our things after the holiday! yuck!

Questa recesiune è più per la continuazione del primo soggiorno che e cominciato malissimo ! E li spiego per che : ho prenotato 3 camere doppie confort , al check-in prima mi ha consegnato una camera e che io li ho detto che avevo prenotato 3 , lui non trovava á chiamato non so chi ! Dopo più di 20 min di aspettare ci consegna le camere che 2 andavano bene dicevamo ma una non era la camera prenotata da me ( piccola doccia in camera letto 140 al masimo) Il signore che era al reception non parlava inglese per niente ,ha detto che lui parla tedesco com’è che lui è in Germania !

In unserem Zimmer war das Rollo aus der Halterung gebrochen und lag auf dem Boden. Das hätte man gerne weg räumen dürfen. Im Bad war eine Bodenfliese locker. Das war auch nicht schön.
Niemand hat uns gesagt, wo wir den Schlüssel hinterlegen sollen, wenn wir auschecken, also haben wir ihn hinter die Rezeption gelegt. Später gab es einen Anruf, dass der Schlüssel nicht zu finden wäre. Mit nem Schlüsselkasten wäre das nicht passiert.
Für eine Nacht war das in Ordnung, werde aber bei meinem nächsten Besuch ein anderes Hotel besuchen.

Extrem laut, keine Schallisolierung zwischen den Zimmern oder zum Flur/Treppenhaus. Keine Ablageflächen im Bad, Duschkopf defekt. Reinigunsqualität geht so, viele fehlende Schönheitsreparaturen.

Geräusche im Haus (Flur, Treppenhaus, andere Zimmer) extrem laut. Zimmerausstattung ist absolut minimal, keine Ablageflächen im Bad. Einige Sauberkeitsmängel, fehlende Schönheitsreparaturen (Teppich, Vorhänge).

Was dirty, towels given where bad , very over priced because of conference this hotel is like a $30 hostel don't stay there greedy owners , dirty bathrooms , bad towels given so hard for shower makes 0 sense
