Pros:

I booked a design apartment, the rent is about 158 usd per night. But the room I checked into does not match the one I booked. The photos they provided were of The Opera Residence. However, they arranged for me to stay at The Galleria Residence next door, where the rent is less than half of The Opera Residence(you can search for the Galleria Residence here), and they even argued that there is no building named Metropole. They said Metropole includes the Opera, the Galleria and the Crest. It means you pay the highest rent, but they can give you the cheapest room. They even said they would refund 20% of my rent, but I still haven’t received it yet.
