Pros:

I was disappointed overall. The standard of rooms and decor is more like a UK standard 3--3.5*
Area is very limited, just the building hardly any land around.
For around 190£ a night, breakfast was not included.
The floor tiles in the room were cheap ceramic, painted black, which had come off. The tap handle in the bathroom came off in my hand.
This is appalling standard for a hotel opened hardly a few months ago.
Very poor image, sadly.

Pros:

Wi-Fi was disappointing. There was a generator that was going, and I couldn’t leave my door open on the balcony because of the exhaust fumes which was very annoying.
