The only reason for giving 2 star is that the bell boy, Sahil did everything possible in his means to help.
We had booked two rooms in the hotel for a single night stay. Fortunately it was not any longer in this property. It was a disaster for both the rooms.
The hotel lacks maintenance. The linen was dirty, and one of the rooms had no housekeeping done after previous occupiers moved out. The pillow cases were dirty and the bathrooms were dirty. We managed to get a new room in the same hotel, but was a run down room.
The Aircon would not switch on in one room, while the second room had the Aircon remote not working. The towels looked dirty. The bathroom in Room 207 had improper drainage leading to water accumulation at the centre.
In general this property is not that I will book into again. This is a run down property. The pictures are either old at the time of building or perhaps photo-shopped.
This hotel is being sold wrongly as a 3 star property and I feel Expedia must strike it down to 1 star.
