Nicecy Hotel - 218 Le Thanh Ton Street

We were only there for a day but it was a good base for exploring the city.

I highly recommend staying at the Nicecy Hotel and will always stay here when visiting HCMC. The property is well maintained, rooms are super clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. A special thanks to Nhi on reception. She speaks great English and was very helpfu.

Nice hotel located in the heart of Saigon, 1 min walk to Ben Thanh Market

Although the property looks to be renovated, the hotel is already falling apart. The hallway laminate floors are already broken. The hotel is very poorly maintained. The first night, they downgraded me to a much smaller room due to my original room's AC being fixed. Both rooms and bathrooms are not that clean. My original booking, the premium double room, is spacious. The beds and pillows are pretty comfortable. If the property was maintained better, it would be a solid hotel. The massage spot inside the hotel is great. Went there twice and both masseuse were good. The location is really good as well within district 1.

The reception told me all of snack and drinks are included in stay fee but they ask to charge when I checked out.
Finally, they don’t charge the fee but didn’t clear the reason about this accident.
It might be complicated with their operation.

One of the rooms we had had a shower drain that was clogged. The water in the hotel didn’t seem very clean, especially for foreigners, so having the water pool up in the bathroom floor was not ideal. Also, the drain just did not smell good and it's just not a very clean looking building.

　延四泊しました。レタントン通り、ベンタイ市場近くで立地条件は良いです。周囲には飲食店やコンビニがあり便利です。部屋は清潔でした。スタッフの対応は良く、フーコック島への移動中の五日間、キャリアケースを預かってもらいました。バス乗り場が近く、空港からバス利用でも、バス停からホテルまで徒歩で１０分かかりません。MRT駅も近いです。ドンコイまで１駅です。

Disappointing, we arrived at 1:35pm only to be told that check-in was from 2 (the room was available!) Very strange.
The air conditioner in the room was poor and failed overnight, leaking water over the floor and making the room insufferably hot. We changed rooms first thing in the morning, but no apology or offer of a refund/discount for the sleepless night.
The new room was identical and had no issues.
Despite being a relatively recent renovation, signs of wear and tear are evident, floor outside the lift on levels 3&5 are dangerous. I think management needs to pull their finger out.
Location is great, but I think their listed nightly rates are a bit overdone, the hotels.com price was ok.
