Stayed #2 Where do I start... this place did not resemble the pictures. It was filthy and I mean filthy! Can't go to the toilet without the door closed as sitting would crush your knees when closing door. Patio area hadn't been cleaned in what looked like months. Very tight shower space and when sofa bed out no room to navigate. Sofa bed covered in crumbs from previous guests and the blanket was so dirty. Don't ask about the floor and carpet. While the location is a plus, in a great spot of town with good access to transport, shops and restaurants. I would suggest maybe paying a small amount to upgrade to one of the many smaller accommodations options in the area.

I’m so sorry that I had to experience this with my goddaughter and this was her first experience to abroad… Glouchester Place was so shaggy and dirty that their pictures were a hoax compared to reality. I have been travelling around the world so I have some perpective and I don’t complain in vain.

We couldn’t reach the staff after login at all.

I woke up first night because rat(s) were running above us…

Toilet was so small (can’t see this from the photos) that we could’t close the door while kerping our legs straight. We were only left with a small roll of toilet paper. I had to go to store and buy more because I couldn’t get any touch to staff after login.

Kichenware were used and dirty.

Only good thing about this place is the location. I can’t still recommend this to anyone, so sorry for this experience..

The area and convenience for visiting the major sites of London is fabulous! However, be wear the walls are VERY thin. You can hear everything your neighbors are saying. Got woken up twice in a 3 night stay from a loud neighbor yelling or getting back late.

Very small property for the size expected, the images don't show flat four. Bits of it are also starting to decay and the rooms were very warm. Bathroom absolutely stank on arrival.

But, cheap and a very simple remote check in. So if you just need a simple place to crash around Marylebone this will do fine. Just don't expect to think "I'd love to go back"

Vorweg: mich haben die sehr schlechten Bewertungen hier die geschrieben wurden, nachdem ich schon gebucht hatte, sehr verunsichert. Ich konnte aber nichts davon feststellen und finde sie irreführend.

Wir waren im Studio 1. Das Zimmer ist im Untergeschoss hat aber ein großes Fenster. Leider war es zu der Zeit sehr warm in London (32 Grad) und man konnte das Fenster nachts oder in Abwesenheit nich auf lassen da Diebe sonst einfach ins Zimmer steigen könnten. Dadurch wurde es sehr warm im Zimmer.
Ansonsten war alle zufrieden stellend und es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

London was very easy to get around and this property was close to the activity. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The studio was tight.

The property is located close to the Baker Street metro station, which is convenient if you use public transport.

However, there is a number of serious downsides with it:

* It is extremely small. Good luck not splashing the water all over the place when you use a tiny bathroom sink. You have to be an acrobat or shorter than 5ft to use the toilet without closing the door because otherwise your knees will be sticking out into the hallway. If you need to open a sofa, it will basically block the passage to the bedroom and you pretty much won't be able to use the kitchen.

* Our specific apartment was in the basement with windows facing the inner courtyard (probably 10x10ft with a door that wasn't working). Provided there was no AC in the apartment, we had to keep the windows open and so was our neighbor upstairs who was watching football until late in the night, while drinking and cursing loudly. Yep, we could hear him do his business in the bathroom too.

Overall, it wasn't a great experience and we wouldn't recommend it.

Very convenient location! Close to the tube and buses. Some places to eat and drink, and shops nearby. It was not clear to me that this was a flat rental- not a traditional hotel. I did not realize the check-in must be done online to get door codes. I appreciated that they responded to me quickly, got the flat cleaned and ready a bit early so I could leave my luggage and enjoy my time in London.

We were assigned room number one, which is located in the basement, and this was not indicated in the booking description. Terrible experience, especially in June, without air conditioning and without the possibility to open the window. There was no air, and the stay—especially in June—was truly unbearable. We tried to point out that the apartment description did not specify it was in the basement, but it was not possible to change rooms or receive any refund or consideration from the owner. The smell of the carpet in the corridors was terrible, the space in the room was extremely limited, and the bed was tiny.

I’ll like an expidia representative to reach to me as a conversation is needed, the facility is not adequate at all.

Would not recomend this room, the room was rough small and very very lousy.

You can hear the subway all the time, also the road outside is very loud even though our room was on -1 floor. The fans and fridge was very loud. The sofa bed very hard and uncomfortable. The main bed was also very small.

During night you could hear rats running in the walls and roof.

The heater was not working properly. We can't sleep inside the bedroom. I tired to connect with them but didn't get reply.

The place is immaculately clean.

we have been coming to London for many years and this is the worst place we have ever stayed in. From the onset communication was awful only being given access details 40 minutes before we arrived , I did contact Hotels.com who could not get hold of these people. When we did get in we had to climb up 60 stairs lugging a suitcase, no easy thing. Although we had booked a twin room it had a single bed in a small room with a pull out bed under it. when pulled out this took up the whole floor space so impossible to use the fridge washing machine etc and making a cup of tea in the morning was a mission. The reason we booked a studio apartment was to be able to get takeout meals and enjoy an evening in front of the tele and relaxing after a day walking around London - WRONG - We could have put the bed away every day but that was not easy so just left it where it was. The television did not work, as it said in the website please let them know and not leave negative feedback , a joke as no communication again apart from one email said to check the cable at the back , we did but nothing from them after that, WE had a flashing light in the bathroom which resembled a disco - again reported but nothing. We had to use the same towels over the 5 night stay which wasnt great even though we were meant to get a service during our stay - NOTHING. No tea towels to wipe dishes with, window would not stay open , the list goes on and on

Rummet var inte färdigt när vi kom för att checka in, vi fick vänta ca 20 minuter trots att vi var där efter 15 och vi fick kuddfodralen senare på kvällen.

Det fanns hårstrån från annan person kvar i rummet och man hade inte torkat av ovansidan på fläkten på länge.

Det stod att det skulle finnas en hårtork men det gjorde det inte.

Sängarna var inte bekväma och man kännen en lukt särskilt i trappuppgången av mögel eller något annat unket. Vår utsikt genom fönstret var rätt in i en vägg. Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen!

Över lag så var vi ändå hyfsat nöjda. Bra med kök, fräsch toalett och bekvämt att checka in och ut med kodbox. Vi är inte så kräsna egentligen.

A short walk from Marylebone railway station and Baker Street, and a few streets away from Regents Park. Really great location for a short stay.

What you pay for, were dirty sheets and stench in hallway. Not fast to respond, but cheap
