Britannia Hyde Park Hotel

Best night’s sleep I’ve had in as long as I can remember. This was really well internally designed with modern essential appliances and plenty of plug-points. Also had some great chat with the locals.

Liked: It was convenient to the underground.
Disliked: the place was filthy and not at all like the photos. Also, my entire family had bedbugs by the end of the trip. I would not recommend this place.

Por donde empiezo?... Para empezar el lugar no es cómodo, no hay donde poner tu maleta, se ofrece para 3 personas pero caben 2 apenas, hay una cama matrimonial con un colchón muy blando y un sillón individual qué se convierte en la cama más incomoda que haz conocido, el piso estaba grasoso, pegajoso, se sentía sucio, la alfombra de las escaleras sucia, había insectos y nos mordieron, nuestros vecinos fumando dentro de la habitación y se pasaba todo el humo, un escándalo terrible hasta las 4am que no se podía dormir, se escucha todos los pasos y murmullos. Es muy fácil entrar a la propiedad pero no hay nadie a quien hacerle llegar los comentarios, definitivamente si eres una pareja joven de amigos lo recomiendo por la ubicación y el costo, en mi caso no lo recomiendo porque viajé con mi esposa y mi padre, como podrás imaginar no fué nada agradable la experiencia y levantaré una reclamación.

The property lacks a front desk, and they failed to respond to any emails or phone calls before checking in. To make matters worse, the room didn’t match the advertised pictures. It’s a complete scam. The worst part is the infestation of bugs. There are so many of them, and they bite all over my body. This facility should be shut down immediately.

That was a small studio in a good place not far from the Hyde park, with small stove and small appliances inside + everything you need to make a breakfast or a diner. A lot of different stores and small restaurants around, really close to the subway station.
But not the cleanest floor, broken toilet door lock, cracked walls and smoking neighbors.
That's what you pay the low price for.

This place was utterly filthy and disgusting. The carpet in the common walkway was heavily stained. The unit itself looked nothing like the photos. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the paint, and sticky floors. We tried to get a refund from the manager, but never heard back. This place should be shut down!!!

La douche est cassée, le paroi ne se fermait pas correctement.
Les tapis sont très sales.
Il est pas précisé que c’est un établissement sans ascenseur et sans réception.
Les chambres sont très petites.

Pros:
- Good central location
- Lots of amenities and restaurants around
- Room was clean, provided extra bedding
- Bathroom clean
- Provided ample cups and cutlery

Cons
- Provided no information regarding the check-in process, I had to escalate through Expedia to get some details. No information was shared with me until an hour before check-in
- No reception AND no customer service available. Was told to message through Expedia but none of my messages were responded. Tried calling the numver provided but no-one answered my calls.
- Wifi provided didn't work. Had to go hunting around the property to find a Wifi box that worked
- Ceiling for the double bed is INCREDIBLY low, basically have to crawl to and from bed

Overall, if you're desperate and need somewhere last, which was the case for me, then this is somewhat passable if you have no issues. The lack of customer service is incredibly concerning so book with caution.

Sentralt rolig og greit. Men ikke noe mer. Veldig lite. Litt småting som var ødelagt, og ikke best renhold. Mugg på vifte og tak i gangen som lett kan tørkes bort om man vil...

Otelin yeri güzeldi. Belki ben görmedim otelin şartlarına bakarken bu yüzden emin değilim. Oda temizliği, çarşaf ve havlu değişimi yapılmadı. Beni en rahatsız eden noktası buydu. Oda ciddi anlamda küçüktü ancak dışarıda gezdigim için çok da sorun olmadı. Duş iyiydi, sıcak su vs problemi olmadı. Genel olarak fiyat performans oteli diyebilirim. Ulaşım da kolay. Tek sorun günlük temizliğin olmaması !!!

La stanza era molto diversa dalle foto e si trovava nel seminterrato, con una finestra impossibile da aprire, visto che dava su una corte minuscola dove tutti potevano vederti. Fino a due ore prima di entrare in hotel non avevo ancora ricevuto le istruzioni, né la conferma della stanza.
Il resto abbastanza bene e la posizione ottima e molto ben servita

Está opinión es tanto de mi pareja como mía, cuando reservamos no venía ninguna indicación de notificar 24 hrs antes para realizar check in por correo, y tuvimos que hacerlo llegando al hotel, que por cierto dice que tiene recepción 24 hrs pero no hay nadie, después de un rato nos resolvieron, pero mientras estuvimos fuera esperando con otra gente que tenía el mismo problema, ya dentro nos percatamos de varias cosas, uno la habitación se sentía llena de humedad, y se podía dar cuenta uno en el piso, el piso se encontraba sucio, incluso tuvimos una cucaracha en la mañana que despertamos, lo que indica que ya estaba en el cuarto o entró mientras dormíamos, el baño y cocina la verdad estaban muy bien, cama cómoda pero la televisión no servía, y estábamos en el piso -1 y se escuchaba mucho ruido de la parte de arriba, mucho rechinados, como por desgaste de la propiedad, estuvimos dos noches y sentimos que por el precio y la calificación la pasaríamos más cómodos, la recomendaría para algo express, para dejar maletas durante el día o algo parecido

El alojamiento está muy bien situado. No hay aire acondicionado pero sí ventilador de techo. La habitación es pequeña para tres, pero cómoda y baño pequeño. Difícil comunicarae con hotel o con algun responsable o mejor dicho, que te contesten. Pero en general bien. En vacacines se usa para descansar y asearse y poco más. Muchas tiendas cerca y también el metro y el bus en la puerta

The location was amazing. The room was clean and enjoyable. I would recommend.

Great location. Very tiny. Did the job but don’t set expectations high.
