Good enough
If i could give this accommodation negative stars i would.
I booked this property expecting a clean, comfortable apartment as advertised. What we walked into was a completely different reality.
The apartment was in a shocking state upon arrival — dirty floors and furniture, mold in the bathroom, dirt in the bedding space, and an overall unhygienic atmosphere. I had to personally clean the apartment just to feel somewhat comfortable, despite being on holiday. This was absolutely not the standard shown in the listing’s photos or description.
Moreover, mesaages i sent to the hotel were ignored and i never received any reply.
I strongly advise others to avoid this accommodation. It is poorly maintained, misrepresented, and the host is unresponsive. Equally concerning, Hotels.com does not take responsibility when things go wrong — even when the issue is clearly documented and reported immediately.
The place is ok needs a update
This property is not as advertised. No cell reception. Requires a $250 deposit in order to get the check in information, and then was charged fees that we did not agree on. Tried to get this fee refunded and they did not give it back. For the price we paid on expedia + this added fee of over $500 british pounds you are best to stay at an actual hotel.
Used as somewhere to stay following a gig at the Roundhouse. The main thing that let it down was the double sofa bed. The most uncomfortable sleep I’ve ever had. The sofa bed needs to be replaced immediately. Other than a little noise from people getting their keys out of the Dropbox which was on the wall in the porch behind the wall where the headboard was in room one, it was an ok room. Clean bedding. Shower worked ok but some mould in the corners of the shower. My mate had the main bed which was fine. But please change the sofa bed.
