Leilighet i dårlig forfatning!
Pros:

Leilighet i 3. etasje. Flott havutsikt og stor balkong. Kjøkkenkrok, sofa og bad med vaskemaskin og dusjhjørne.
Dårlig forfatning balkong. Markiser ødelagt og mye rust. Møbler på balkong gammelt og utdatert. Bl.a. en ødelagt stol.
Sluk i dusj med dårlig avløp. Vann hoper seg opp. Rust på inventar og fremsto slitt. Dårlig vedlikehold.
Uhygienisk dusjforheng, og stang rustet.
