very convenient in term of location

Staff were very welcoming and polite. The hotel had a really good feel about it and we had a very pleasant stay. Comfortable bed, good shower, good air con, peaceful stay. Would definitely use again.

Clean and in perfect location

I felt it was overpriced for what it offered. Staff didn’t treat an unwell woman very well.

Shopping and restaurants were in easy access

Not suitable for very large people or those with mobility issues - well planned out room & bathroom but very snug

room was clean, staff were friendly but room was not what i expected. no window in the room, no hooks to even hang your towel in the bathroom, there was no where to put your suitcase but the floor and so little space in the room that when we put two suitcases in the room you could not fully open the door.

This property is in a nice area, the room is extremely small , you can’t have big luggage they won’t fit .

Impossibly small room, damp basement feel. Not at all worth the price, spend a bit more, stay elsewhere.

the room is literally the size of a postage stamp. nowhere to unpack at all, no desk, not even room for a luggage rack. Basically the bathroom takes up 25% of the room -with terrible showerhead and water pressure, the bed 50% and 25% floor space. And you pay extra for a window? I had limited choice of hotels because last minute. And I forgot something in the room, went back the next day and there's no record of it. So safe to say it was stolen. And it was something I never took out of the room, so no, I didn't leave it elsewhere.

Excellent location right next to Covent Garden Market, but very quiet because it’s a windowless cubicle. Very functional! Would give 5 stars for value, but I don’t like the fact that you can’t pat cash for anythings.

Great boutique hotel that is close to everything you need and want to see in London. Very quiet rooms, awesome breakfast and very helpful and kind staff. Clean and modern and looks well taken care of.

This hotel is conveniently located with easy access to sites, the underground, restaurants, etc. I had a room with a window facing the building next to the hotel and it was very quiet. It is true that the rooms are small, with little to no space to store suitcases. I'd recommend this hotel for a solo traveler who will be out and about most of the day. My room also had a smell of possibly mold. It is difficult to vent the bathroom since it is part of the room. However, it didn't bother me enough to move. The staff was very helpful and probably would have switched my room if I had asked.

Room was size of a cupboard, 2 good narrow windows and air-conditioned
Okay for one night would not be suitable if you have a lot of luggage.
Basically one person needs to be in or sat on bed whilst other moves around to get ready.
