Check-in was very smooth and the front desk staff was accommodating. We arrived early and knew rooms would not be ready, but one room was available so we stored luggage there. Surrounded by restaurants, shops. Easy 7 min walk to the Tube, close to Piccadilly Circus. Cafe area was easily accessible and PM staff was excellent. Beds are VERY hard; it was very uncomfortable for family member with MS and chronic pain. Rooms are also very small with no place to unpack clothes. No closet, just several hooks on the wall with hangers; we are traveling for 2 weeks and it was challenging navigating the room with large suitcases. Service a location were top-notch, but we would not stay again due to room comfort.

Great hotel in Soho! Staff is the best, and location is close to bars, restaurants, shopping, and transportation!

Clean & compact rooms, great locations

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is absolutely fantastic and so accommodating. Vaishnavi was an absolute gem, I made my reservation complicated and she fixed everything and made sure we were completely satisfied with the arrangement.

Quick and simple check in and checkout. Friendly staff.

Overpriced for a very basic room. Tiny space, dated fixtures and window shared with room next door.

Amazing Location, Friendly Staff, Well planned and organized facility. I stayed in a single room as a solo traveler. Yes it was a tiny room at 8th floor with a beautiful night view, the bed was very comfortable , a TV was placed perfectly would be nice to have a mini fridge. But there were a glass water bottle, a kettle and all kind of coffees , teas , milks for free of a charge. Overall I had a great experience.

Good location for early subway and site seeing

The check in experience was the worst i’ve ever had.

Long story short:

The staff showed total understanding and seemed very helpful at the beginning when the expedia agent called them and when i texted them too but when i arrived they showed a totally different face! Very bold and they looked like they could not care less and they dont give a sh**

I had very long flight/night and i arrived super early at 10 am and i would not mind waiting an hour or two or even three but that they only were able to check me in at 3 because this was their check in time!! This is ridiculous.. but i had a word with them and one of the receptionist gave me the room at 2:15!!! Yay lol i was about to faint in their tiny reception and i this she noticed that im going to pass out! Thank you not thank you!

Good location. Room is small but jas everything you need

Fantastic front of house team, checkin was smooth and easy, room was a bit on the small size but it was clean and well presented which is great to see.

Only con -
The air con is very weak and room is stuffy and hot, but borrowed a fan which did the job, so thank you for your help.
