Pros:

Not good,dirty carpet,safe not working,TV not working.Was told would be sorted by manager but wasn't.Wifi not working in room on second floor Staff unable to understand English or Italian and a toilet located within a shower cubicle, come on I'm on holiday not in prison!
Manager arrogant and unhelpful, I had an early flight so had to leave before breakfast start by 10 minutes so asked staff if it was ok to make sandwich to take with me, the girl said ok no problem then manager explained breakfast was not for takeaway and only during breakfast hours! I did say I had paid for it took some anyway..The plus side close to beach and air con works but best avoided .

Siamo stati una notte in questo hotel, se così si può chiamare. Siamo arrivati la mattina e ci è stato comunicato che la loro aria condizionata non funzionava. Già da qua avremmo dovuto capire che il nostro soggiorno sarebbe stato un incubo. Il check in era alle ore 14 quindi abbiamo deciso di lasciare il nostro bagaglio nel loro "deposito", ossia una stanza non controllata (lo abbiamo scoperto più tardi) e accessibile a tutti, staff e ospiti. La signora alla reception ci offre un caffè che si scorda di stoppare e di conseguenza risulta lungo e bruciato. Quando torniamo, dopo le 14, per fare il check in, troviamo un altro ragazzo che sbuffando ci chiede i documenti, iniziando a screditare la signora della mattina in modo del tutto poco professionale. Arriviamo in camera e troviamo macchie nel letto e un bagno veramente indecente. La camera puzzava di chiuso e l'aria condizionata era evidentemente vecchia e probabilmente rotta da tempo. Nota di demerito il water incorporato nella doccia.
Colazione scarsa, cameriere che non parlano bene l'italiano e caffè e cappuccino di nuovo bruciati.
Non capisco che senso ha vendere una camera con aria condizionata se questa non funziona, soprattutto perché nei miei criteri di scelta quello della presenza di questo servizio era pressoché essenziale.

Dopo alcune difficoltà relative a check in tardivo e problemi di portierato notturno, nel complesso è stata una piacevole esperienza. Ottima la location, buona la colazione e la cortesia della ragazza di sala (che ha fatto la differenza nel giudizio complessivo nel mio soggiorno). Nota stonata il WC nella doccia.
