It is a great location to stay and visit the Ark Encounter. Property is exceptionally clean. Breakfast was wonderful. I have no complaints.
Room was neat and clean. Thursday night, Friday morning and Friday night, no hot water for shower…Friday night, a dog barked most of the night and early morning…Both nights and mornings, children running races on the floor above us…for nearly a $500 price tag for two nights, I expected a lot more! I learned my lesson…If I’m going to get cheap, I might as well pay for cheap!
Best breakfast ever. Room was perfect, clean, quiet and very comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and there isn’t one single negative thing I could say about this place. We loved sitting at the fire pit in the evening. We’ll definitely return.

The staff was very informative, helpful and considerate. One lady, that worked with the breakfast crew, kept things cleaned up, was friendly to everyone and had a sense of humor. I had a very good experience at this hotel!
The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome. It was close to the Ark Encounter. Check out wasn't at the crack of dawn.
Breakfast good, room was awful, had no washcloths, dirty stained towels . Pillows were and bed uncomfortable. No dish soap. Pool smelled and very cold. We arrived at 3:30 and room wasn’t ready. Had handicap room reserved and never got it

The staff was awesome especially Ms, Brandi for going above and beyond. Break was a large variety of food, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Disappointed it took almost an hour to open the lock on my room. I would have expected some compensation for having us wait till after midnight before being able to get in my room.
Staff was great, probably the best hotel complimentary breakfast i have had, salt water pool was awesome, very close to the Ark Encounter, room was clean and large. Great stay!
