Good place to stay in San Francisco!

In the area for a concert at Golden Gate Park , staff is amazing, rooms and beds are comfortable, nice pool and patio , game room with pool table and foosball table ( that room was out dated but it was still fun)

There IS an elevator to access each floor, front desks offers ice, cold drinks and a few snacks at an amazing price.

Within walking distance to coffee, shops, restaurants, and corner market stores for snacks and drinks - Quick access to Lime and Lyft scooters and bikes, bus line and ride share right in front of hotel

We would stay again

Entrance is hard to see from the street and parking is not well marked. I had to move my car after checking in since I had no idea where to park and I was in the wrong area. Not safe for people with disabilities due to the parking up the hill and the steep walk from the parking to the lobby.

The first two rooms I was assigned had doors that would not lock or close or were difficult to close and open. The third room had an unlocked sliding glass door when I entered, but I was able to secure it. (The balcony is not private and anyone could walk by the sliding door and come in if I had not checked it.) The blinds are not completely private and someone could look in from the balcony or walkway.
I tripped down the stairs when trying to get back to my car to move it, possibly due to poor lighting.
The lady at the desk was helpful, but had to call someone else to determine what rooms were available to switch me to.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have no clue why this is still on the hotels list. It’s super trashy. It’s hard to find because you’re in shock at the appearance and no signs. It’s dirty from the outside in. It has 4 stories and no elevators work. Everything is rusted
and super trashy. It’s motel style. It’s so gross.

Great value and location. Friendly staff that let us do a late checkout for a low price. Safe area with great coffee, bars and restaurants within a few blocks

The Hotel is good to sleep, needs to be updated. it does not look like a hotel, looks more like Apartments. the room was clean, no toilet paper though, the receptionist was in her pajamas, not very professional.

Nice big room

The Jamaican housekeeper was amazing at her job - absolutely spotless and fresh linen every 2 days.
We found other guests were noisy very early in the morning as all rooms accessed via open air walkways.
Pool not open - so Expedia should not show it! Very disappointed as I had chosen the hotel as I swim daily. Bedside light didn't work and only on one side. No bedside table or light on other side of bed - strange. Staff quick to find extra lighting, but no table appeared.

The facility was under renovation. The service was good. The room was clean. The bed comfortable.

Hotel has a ton of character! I enjoyed the free pool table on my floor lobby, layout in unique and pool in the center gives it a nice finish! Free parking as well!
