Unfortunately, we didn’t get to stay at the Radisson because our flights were cancelled at the last minute and we had to completely rearrange our trip.
The only experience we can comment on is Radisson’s attitude toward customer service. Even under these exceptional circumstances, they strictly followed their procedures and did not offer any refund( this is the message they passed through hotels.com). I’m sure they were able to fill our cancelled room with other guests. On top of that, the communication between Hotels.com and Radisson was inconsistent, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Very friendly and helpful service personnel! They made our stay very comfortable and also granted us extra wishes like an additional mattress without issue.
The room was fine, although it was not fully clean once you look past the general fancy look. And the surroundings (Mahipalpur) were really dirty and felt unsafe unfortunately.

The staff was so helpful, they tried their best to make us comfortable. The food and room service was also excellent. I would rate the staff 10/10
What i didnt like was the location. The hotel was difficult to find and is located in an alley which is very dirty especially when it rains.
Some vehicles didnt want to go in the alley and some days we were required to walk in.
Amazing hotel with amazing rooms with AC! Location close to airport. The hospitality and management was too good.
