Great accommodations and location

We never checked in because we couldn't find a place to park. Their amenities list "Free parking on site" which is totally misleading. It's on a narrow one way street in a residential neighborhood so "ample" on street parking is misleading as well. Maybe you should do little more due diligence before listing a place as a hotel.

Great location! Walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. very safe. Although no staff on site, I sent a text asking for more towels and was delivered very quickly. Only negative is that there are only three parking parking spots for parallel parking in the back of the building. Extremely difficult to get in and out of unless you have a compact car. Would definitely stay again, but would utilize parking garage.

Shower leaked from the head constantly, only one roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay with two people, overall fine being as it was a room for rent but definitely will stay elsewhere next trip.

Bed comfort lead much to be desired. The mattress was very worn out and there was no box spring underneath it. Definitely needs to be replaced.

It all started when we arrived....no parking except 3 spots in the back(1st come,1st serve), had to call to get in the place, they said they sent an email but i never got one. We get to the room and its NOT the room i booked but they say it was, it definitely was not! The place wasn't extremely dirty but it wasnt all that clean either. The best thing i can say about this place is its a great location to all the stores, restaurants and the water. We went the weekend of a festival Newburyport was having so it was very busy and had alot to do. We will not be staying here again when we go back to Newburyport.

Parking was extremely difficult, but because my car was small, it fit into a spot after backing in and doing 5 minutes of maneuvering it in to it.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bottled waters would have been lovely, but no worries. I would absolutely stay again!

Place was clean and comfy. Conviently located .
Bed and pillows were great. Nice to have a choice of pillows 😊. Kitchen was accommodating. Great to have our puppy with us.

Parking was not easy but not much they could do about that.

Good property. Small but clean and modern. The auto lock on the door was tricky to operate and no one responded to my message when I initially texted them. Could have been a HUGE problem if I hadn't figured out the lock on my own.

The person on duty to let us in was unreachable. The temperature was in the high nineties as we struggled to reach someone. Forunately, th emergency number woked and that individual was extremely nice and accommodating. We would not have chosen h property had we known we would be placed on the top floor. We are over 80 and had to struggle dragging our suitcases up the stairs. Our car was damaged trying to enter and exit one of the only parking spaces available. If it were not for the very nice gentleman on emergency backup we would have simply left and forfeited our payment.

Amazing location! It was so convenient and accessible. The room was a decent size, but the bedding was smelly & didn’t seem to be cleaned before our stay.

Convenient, flexible and very accommodating property.

Too much noise, lack of service, and I was left without TV for three nights because there was no remote control.

The property manager was super attentive and even gave up his parking spot for us! The room was lovely. Very clean and so convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!
