Only thing to change is the mattress. Too damn soft
was a little disappointed that the in house restaurant was closed when we arrived :(

Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant had a good selection of dinner entrees.

The television channel selection was very poor, particularly due to nil sports or business channels provided.
As Whitehorse’s newest hotel, it is really well set up. Their rooms are super convenient and comfortable, and the staff is really lovely and the food was also good.
The room was clean, staff were helpful. Located on Main st., it is within walking distance of all the downtown attractions and businesses. I would highly recommend the hotel, but have two items to note:
1. Parking behind the hotel costs $15CAD/night, but parking on the street is/was free for now until the city installs the new parking meters.
2. I love the Nespresso coffee makers this hotel offers. We drank the pods on the first morning; however, there was no maid service that day and no refill of the coffee pods. It was late enough that I didn’t bother the staff, but the hotel should think to refill the coffee pods even if they do not provide daily service for cleaning & linens.

Very clean
Nice rooms and location but we didn’t like the too-soft bed and the loud A/C system that you have limited ability to adjust. Room was always a little cool despite adjustments to the thermostat but most importantly you can’t reduce the air flow to try to reduce the loudness of the duct system. No rattle just too much air flow for the size of the ducting so just a constant heavy noise level.
