Pros:

温泉が近くにあるのはいい。普通の旅館にあるテレビや冷蔵庫が無い。共同トイレ、共同シャワーは人によって捉え方は違うが清潔でした。
近隣にある旅館より宿泊費が安いので、素泊まり目的なら問題ありません。
