Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

A estadia no Hotel Américas foi ótima. A relação custo benefício é o principal atrativo. A localização do hotel é otima, próxima a tudo e aos principais pontos turísticos. O café da manhã é simples, porém muito bom, bem feito e bem gostoso, com destaque pras senhoras da cozinha que são muito simpáticas e atenciosas.
Alguns detalhes que podem ser melhorados para a estadia se tornar excelente: a) a Wifi no quarto deixa a desejar; b) a falta de um tapete na porta de entrada do quarto poderia ajudar com a manutenção da limpeza; c) a falta de limpeza, mesmo com o pedido de arrumação, é o maior problema. Ficamos hospedados por sete dias e não percebemos que o chão foi limpado, por exemplo.
Tirando esses pontos prejudiciais, acreditamos que a experiência foi ótima. Recomendamos, mesmo assim, para quem quer ficar em um local confortável e com preço mais acessível.

Boa relação custo benefício. No café o pão de queijo tinha acabado faltando mais de 40 minutos para o término. Poderiam fazer tapioca na hora tb.

Hotel maravilhoso, e acessivel
Pros:

Fui com meu namorado passar uns dias, foi muito tranquilo, o quarto é bem climatizado, a cama de molas é muito boa e confortável, chuveiro com agua quente na medida certa, um espelho magnífico, uma piscina linda e uma recepção confortável também e atendimento excelente

O que poderia ser melhorado é:
Uma variedade maior no café da manhã

Uma lixeira nos quartos pra jogar embalagens ou qualquer outra coisa que seja consumida
