The property is scheming it’s two different listings on Expedia, not clear on all inclusive or not, the front desk was very unhelpful. Its an all inclusive resort so we were under the impression that it was all inclusive, but once we got to the property they wouldn’t allow us to change the booking or anything and we had to pay an extra 300 per person to just add all inclusive. We spent two hours in the lobby trying to get this handled, Expedia was no help either. Then the resort was very empty and the lobby smelled. The showers are all glass and open so if your staying with family like we were you have to leave the room just so they can shower. The resort on the other hand was very beautiful and the staff was amazing especially Domingo and Angel. The food throughout the whole resort was also delicious on top of having all top shelf liquor which was amazing.

We had issues surrounding certain restaurants only on certain days

The food was really good quality, including the services in the general areas, the best part is the cabanas right on the beach.

Getting there was bumpy due to the city road but man this place is beautiful and you forgot all about that and transform into a different world. They have everything you need right there to enjoy your time and peace.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sensira resort. The team and staff were excellent and very welcoming.
Some of the facilities were out of service. The mini golf looked as it under maintenance. The cinema room was a bit dirty most of the day and the popcorn machine was broken. As for the food, it was on the lower average. The bar next to the beach had some nice bar food. The Italian place had awful pizza. Although they make it there, it was raw in the middle and with too much cheese. It felt like a microwave pizza. I suggest them to change the recipe. Pizza is not an expensive food, but it needs to be made properly. (It is something with the dough). The steak place had really thin steaks which made them all well done (besides the fillet). The buffet was ok, nothing special… Overall we enjoyed our stay.
