Pros:

Great property but lack of staff on-site made communication difficult/impossible. Phone number listed in room went to a general answering service which did not forward to options given. No response to phone messages or texts. If communication was better this would have been a wonderful experience.

Pros:

Lovely sized room, bathroom compact but serviceable, good location, allowed us to drop bags off early. Only downside was the front door latch is noisy, as we were in the ground floor & could have done with more milk for tea & coffee. But we would stay here again!

Nice stay
Pros:

Good sized rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. TV with good selection of on-demand services (remember to log yourself out though). Easy in and out of the room with a code. I was a bit alarmed that the interior lock on the door didn't actually work though, on closer inspection it was clogged with paint/caulk and luckily with the pointy bit on a pair of nail clippers I was able to clear out the lock so it worked (you're welcome 😉).Well stocked with toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, although a teaspoon would have been handy. Overall though it was good value for money and I would stay again.

Pros:

It was a good hotel. Good location. Great condition and service. The bidet in the washroom was broken but it was not a big deal. However, paying over £1000.00 we did not expect to be in the basement of the building with aa bathroom smaller than the closet in room. Other than that it was not a bad stay over all.

Pros:

Pros:

Excellent location and close to parks, attractions and public transportation. The room condition was fair with sufficient space for a family of four.

However, I would not classify as a Hotel since there is No front desk or staff on sight. It is more of a short term room rental. We arrived to the location without any way to enter. I unfortunately missed a communication from the property asking that I notify them 24 hours before my arrival. The property phone number on the message was invalid and the email stated to allow at least 24 hours before a response. I called Expedia and they also had no luck contacting the property. Fortunately, there is a ring video doorbell in front that was answered by a friendly gentleman who was able to help us out.

All in all, it was a pleasant stay. I recommend the property ensure emails are received by guests and that they provide a valid phone number or the email in case of an emergency or after hours check in.

The location is fantastic and made up for the miscommunication.

Avoid at all costs
Pros:

Run! Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else. There’s so many issues. No front desk or hotel staff to check in. You have to try to find a phone number on their website (which might be to one of their other properties) to tell them you’re at the locked front door. Then you wait on the street with your luggage hoping someone comes and opens the door. Or, if you’re lucky they will answer the phone and tell you to send them a message on WhatsApp to get a code to open the front door and your room.
When you get to your room, you might think it’s “ok”, but don’t forget to look for a bathroom. You might not have one. If you do, it will be the smallest one ever. And cross your fingers for hot water, or running water. We had no hot water since we checked in. 2 days later, we had no running water. No showers, not running water in the sink, and no water to flush the toilets. That’s right, no working toilet.
There is no front desk to call. The number they told you to message them on WhatsApp, they don’t reply to. Also didn’t reply to messages sent through hotels.com. They won’t answer the phone when you call or when your booking service attempts to call them.
Eventually, someone at one of the properties might answer one of the numbers you called, and inform you that there isn’t a manager around for hours and that someone will get back to you.
Issues aside, our room was far from restful. There was consistent loud noise in the wall that sounded like piles of mud falling on a plastic r

Worst place I’ve stayed
Pros:

I was placed in Room 7 on the Top Floor which is 4 flights of very narrow steps - on entering the room is was roasting hot- no AirCon bearing in mind 1/5 in London- there was a unit in the corner but not connected- there was a bottle of warm water (no fridge) I went out for the evening and on return had to leave windows open all night with workmen starting at 5 am - walking down the stairs with a suitcase this morning was like a mogul field black run having to climb over bedding and towels……I should have slept in Hyde Park and saved myself 230 quid !!
