Super nice new hotel! We had a room without a window but we slept great! They include a “resort fee”. Not sure what that means but it was included in the price, which was super affordable for a nice place. All new tile and comfy bed. The location is awesome for old town San Juan

Great Hotel

My recent stay at this property was disappointing. The room lacked windows, desks, or chairs — the only seating option was the bed. The $35 daily resort fee offered minimal value, providing access only to two small lobby recliners, an ice machine, and a water refill station. There were no refreshments or snacks available for purchase, and the daily housekeeping service was inconsistent at best. Additionally, the lobby had an unpleasant odor throughout my stay. While the front desk staff were friendly, they were often unavailable. The location is walkable to several nearby attractions, though not to the beach. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel for a one-night stay if you do not require amenities or comfort beyond the basics.

Very clean and spacious room

The Hotel was clean. My room had 0 windows. But it also was clean. The Hotel scams their patrons by adding an additional 38 dollars for up keep of old san Juan . Sometimes Hotel's add a resort fee for the pool towels and so forth. But this place had 0 amenities. It was just a basic room . I will never stay their again. These owners are scam artist. Expedia needs to block them from the site

Very nice hotel!

Nice area to explore Old San Juan

Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.

Super bien ubicado, lindas habitaciones

I liked that it was convenient when it came to shopping, dining, & tourist attractions all in walking distance. Room was clean, temperature was cool, bed was very comfortable. Nice friendly staff. However, my room was not cleaned by housekeeping for the first two days of my stay. I had to complain to the front desk on Sunday evening in order to have someone come on Monday to clean. (I checked in on Friday at 4pm. My room was finally cleaned with fresh towels for the first time on Monday afternoon)

Likes - excellent location, heart of old town. Room clean with basic amenties,
Water dispenser on the floor.

Dislikes - no hot water in the shower, placement of shower is right under your head with a tiny room, you ll end up watering your hair, each time.no shower caps provided.
Basic like wine/ beer opener, cutlery doesnt exist.

Over all, i didnt feel value for money paid

Little disappointed on some points. They did not have a luggage cart, ironing board or iron. The water in the shower did not get hot. The front desk people were amazing. The room was clean and the location was good.

Clean room
