The place was beautiful and within walking distance of everything downtown. I was only sorry that we weren't staying longer!

Air conditioner was great

I’m so impressed with this property. The room is beautiful, clean and the kitchen has everything you need . The grounds are beautiful as we arrived several deers greeted us. It’s a 7 minute walk to downtown.

The room was so tastefully designed.

great room, and close to town to walk, good activities too, mini golf, hot tub yard games, etc. looked pretty new.

Very nice facility. Will stay again.

Absolutely wonderful, we couldn’t be happier. The decor is stunning & the check-in process was super easy. All the amenities were fantastic, along with the recommendations for dinner in town. We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary & upon arriving we were welcomed with flowers, swan towels on the bed, some candy, celebration napkins & delicious cupcakes from Ruthann’s Bakery in town. Wow, we are blown away, the hospitality just went above & beyond! We can’t wait to return 💕

Everything with the room was beautiful and brand new! Check-in was easy and response from management was quick and efficient. The bed was very cozy and we had plenty of room in our studio. Great stay!

Awesome stay in the Ski Lodge! We enjoyed the views of the wooded area and the quiet retreat feeling. The hot tub and rooftop area was an added sweet touch. Really enjoyed the look and feel of the room, the beds were also very comfy!

The location was close to Downtown Bellaire and we enjoyed the hot tub and the putting area and the fire pit! The condo was very clean and updated with a good view of outside and ac worked well. I will come back for a golf trip or skiing.

Our stay here was very nice, the place was very clean and tidy. Had a perfect modern touch to it and the amenities were great. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and the choice to use the sauna, kayaks, and bicycles. The putting course near the entrance was a cute touch. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it if looking to stay in this area of Michigan. It was also only about a 10 minute drive from Torch Lake which was our reason for the visit!

The Spillway did not disappoint. We only wish we hadn’t stayed longer. The units are brand new and in great condition. Nice kitchenette and breakfast bar makes it easy to enjoy food in but there are a few good options just a couple blocks away, but with a sauna, hot tub, bikes, kayaks all available on the property, you can also make a case for not leaving. We had a great time here. As a bonus the upper level (1BR) units have a common outdoor connection that is like a private backyard that is clutch for anyone traveling with kiddos or pups.

The only complaint we had with our room and stay was the height of the bed. There was no box spring and the bed was too low for our liking. Other than that we loved the place!

THIS PLACE IS SUCH A GEM! There are a bunch of facilities including a hottub, sauna, cold plunge, mini golf, kayaking, biking, and corn hole. HOWEVER! It'll be hard leaving your fully stocked, temperature controlled, luxury room that had everything I couldve ever dreamed! From a stocked kitchen with a full fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave to a flatscreen tv and a rain shower NOT TO MENTION the beautiful rooftop padio!!! Its the best place I've ever stayed, the sheriff's office is literally at the front gate so safety was never a concern, and the staff are extremely sweet and helpful! I COULDNT BE HAPPIER and have every intention to return!

What a great place to stay for our visit to Torch Lake! Spillway Lodges thought of everything down to a lighter for the fire pit and even a noise machine in the rooms. The rooms were clean, very well appointed and the property even had corn hole boards and a putting green. Would 100% stay here again.
