Sub-Par for a Motel 6
Pros:

Location was OK, near a lot of late night middle eastern restaurants and shops, if that’s your thing. The room was clean, mattresses and beds were worse than a Motel 6, if you’re familiar with the USA chain. Add the typical European, no air conditioning to the room, and you got yourself a lovely place……right!

Appalling service - room infested with insects.
Pros:

On checking in i was given the wrong room number and then asked to change rooms, the room i ended up with was incredibly and uncomfortably hot.
I woke up in the morning to find the room covered in hundreds of insects, ants and something else, and also some sort of insect pupa on the bathroom floor.
There was no one at reception or any member of staff in the building. I self checked out immediately as i was not willing to sit in a room crawling with critters.
Contacted hotels .com who tried to contact the hotel management, they have been unable to do so, so even though they said they felt i should have been compensated or refunded for this experience, there was nothing they could do as the hotel management were not answering their telephone calls.
So a very hot uncomfortable night and a horrible wake up with hundreds of un invited guests. Don't even think about staying here.
Utter lack of guest care or service, no management available in the morning and no one available to solve a really serious problem with the room. Appalling experience.
