Hotel New Aurora Venice

Rooms were ok but hot.

They do provide free pastries and coffee, and a free gift at check out.

If the ac was working better I would go again but had to leave the window open which brought in extra bugs.


The rooms with a shared bathroom were interesting too they need a better way to indicate its occupied.

All adequate for a 2 star hostal.

La atención al llegar fue mal, el señor nos vacilaba, la habitación, como en las fotos que muestro, poco mas que decir.. entramos y nos fuimos a otro hotel perdiendo el dinero, porque nadie ha contestado a nuestras reclamaciones. La habitación da a una calle transitada por lo que hay mucho ruido. Mucho mejor ir al camping Hu a un bungalow, que es lo que hicimos nosotros aun perdiendo el dinero

The cleaning and quietness of the hotel. The staff was pleasant and well informed about the city of Venice.

Man bekommt das wofür man gezahlt hat.Wer jedeglich ein Bett zum Schlafen sucht ist hier richtig,auch für mehrere Tage. Eine Mall befindet sich in ca.15 min Fußweg. Ein Lidl ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Venedig erreicht man sehr leicht mit der Linie 53E. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und für alle Fragen offen.

Manque d’insonorisation et complexité du transport en commun. Grossir affiche de l’hôtel et ajout d’affiche pret station TRAM. Si l’hôtel pourrait offrir un service de navette de l’aéroport

Horrible place so creepy and does nit match any if the picture or description. Sont stag here its in a shady area and its horrible to say the lease

Die Zimmer waren super gepflegt, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Frühstück war toll und auch der Bus in die Innenstadt war ohne umsteigen einwandfrei!

I reserved a room with private bathroom, but hotel gave me a shared bathroom. Breakfast is limited only one cheap bread and coffee per customer. No other food is provided.

Ift prisen var det virkelig et fint ophold, god service i receptionen. Kun kaffe og croissant til morgenmad, det var lidt skuffende, men havde heldigvis set det i andre anmeldelser.

Buena atención en la recepción.
El hotel es algo sencillo. Y pocas opciones para comer cerca.
Lo que te ayuda es que el transporte está a 5 minutos caminando

This was one of my worst hotel stays ever. If I could, I would give this hotel a negative rating. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom had a weird smell coming from it. Breakfast was horrible with very little options, and croissants were limited to one per person. On top of all that, when somebody parked their car the wrong way, and there was no space for me to park my car. I asked a South Asian man at the front desk to ask the customer to move the car a little bit and park it right, but he started becoming very aggressive, yelling at me saying he would disturb the customers and started cursing. He even tried to physically assault my wife and son while we didn’t even do anything. He threatened to call the police and told us to get out. Don’t come here. This place is a nightmare. The employees don’t know customer service.
