Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the Trastevere neighbourhood. The hotel had a small boutique feel to it and the staff were very helpful with prompt and efficient service. After we checked out in the morning, we went for a walk round Rome and came back in the afternoon to collect our car and they gave us a coffee on the house.

The hotel is in an advantageous location to walk to any site in Rome. The staff were excellent and made our stay in Rome very welcoming. We would definitely stay again. Thanks much!!

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the lady and the front desk was very sweet and helpful. I liked our room a lot. There is a steep climb to the hotel-- be prepared. Lots of music and people visiting, something to be aware of.
Since there is no staff in the hotel between 1pm and 7 am, we were awoken to men fighting in the hallways, yelling, threatening and dangerous sounding. Called the number provided and they said there was nothing they could do about it. We were ready to call tv police, when the fighting stopped. The following day, staff contacted us and said they would look into the issue. It's a very different, eclectic environment.

Lo único que me gustó de la propiedad es su único empleado llamado Jon nos atendió siempre con la mejor de las actitudes, todo lo demás es malo ya que me vendieron algo que no es un hotel es un Airbnb y aparte hay mucho ruido que hacen con las fiestas y definitivamente no es nada accesible, terriblemente el primer día me dejaron fuera por que no había quien nos recibiera ya que no es hotel, triste y lamentable experiencia

Pros:

The best thing about the hotel was the location as it was close to nice restaurants and the lively Ponte Sisto area. Was not very impressed with the cleanliness or the noisiness. Was okay for a night but regretted not staying at the Donna Camilla across the street!
