Pros:

Onze kamer was niet beschikbaar, maar we kregen 2 andere kamers toegewezen.
Waarbij bij 1 kamer de badkamerafvoer niet doorliep waardoor het water de kamer in liep. En in de andere kamer lagen lange zwarte haren. In beide kamers werkte de aico niet, wel blazen maar niet koelen. Dit heb ik via whatsapp doorgegeven, ze vonden het zeer vervelend en dat was het, niets meer gehoort of gezien.

Perfekt som övernattningshotell för vidare resa. Fick se en liten mysig by istället för Autobahn. Fick ingen kod för nyckeln först. Ringde upp och det löste sig.

Pros:

Die Reinigungskraft kam in unserem ganzen Aufenthalt nur ein einziges Mal, wodurch wir mit schmutzigen Handtüchern, vollen Mülleimern und keinem Toilettenpapier klar kommen mussten.
Aus dem Grund würden wir nicht mehr in ein Hotel dieser Art einchecken wollen.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung allerdings wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben wie es reserviert war. Wir hatten die Business Maisonett Wohnung reserviert und haben ein normales Zimmer bekommen.
Beim buchen sollte es klar geregelt und fest für den Kunden gebucht sein.

We never received a email to enter as stated per our booking. Sewerage came up in our bathroom shower. No coffee maker or snack machine that worked. Would never go back.

Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale en pressisant bien que nous avons 4 enfant et la chambre été adapté pour sur l'application mais sur place surprise il n'y avait que 3 lit pour 6 et arrive à 20 h sur place pas moyen de s'expliquer
