Hyggeligt lille hotel med meget små værelser. God placering.

Clean room but I smelling cooking every day in breakfast and lunch time

We arrived at 16:00 and had to wait 45 minutes in lobby as room not cleaned. In room the minifridge was dirty with old food inside. The air conditioning never worked all night. We told front desk and closed windows but it still never worked. Ended up with windows open to loud street noise. Mattress hard as the floor. Walls so thin could hear tv next door.
Up side: breakfast good.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were spotless. Breakfast buffet was really good. We had a slight issue with the shower drain being really slow so they had someone come to see it straightaway and said there’s nothing they can do as it’s due to the plumbing of the building. Also had some glue leaking from the side of the shower but told the night receptionist and he made a note of it.
Overall, super friendly and great stay with ideal location for sight seeing without being super busy as transport such as the tram or the underground trams were a few mins walk away.

The hotel staff were very nice, including the cleaner. Breakfast was alright, however, would be more beneficial to get more out of the restaurants around. AC was great and always was cold in the room, but turns off when the key card is removed from the outlet. The walls are very thin, so you will hear next door/upstairs very clearly. The photos shown before reserving the hotel were not the same, but similar to my room requested. When asked to switch, staff instructed I would be moved tomorrow, however, never fulfilled that statement. For two weeks in a hotel, it felt as though my room was very small and crammed. It was a nice hotel, and outside buildings were very close and convenient.

M2のVezneciler駅から１０分ほど坂を下って行く。まわりは大小のホテルが立ち並ぶエリア。ホテルは写真でみるよりこじんまりしている印象。部屋は日本のビジネスホテルくらいの広さ。室内設備はそろっている。エアコンもあった。朝食は普通。近隣はレストラン、土産物店など多数ある。スタッフは大変フレンドリーだった。当日は、夜９時と朝５時半にはアザーンがあった。イスラム圏ははじめてだったのでびっくりした。

Great service

Rooms are a bit compact and the AC took quite a while to cool the room but everything else was fine. Middle of July and very hot outside.
Staff were helpful. Breakfast was better than expected but don't expect your full English style. It's really about as in the middle of things as you could get.
Loved the firm mattress but some may feel different. We had two rooms and extended our stay.

It was a wonderful experience to choose this beautiful place
The staff was very helpful especially Farwa the receptionist and shafan
The area was very safe and I can get easily anything I need restaurants, metro, shops etc
Next trip sure I will choose the same hotel thank you all god bless

Lovely guy on reception who spoke great English, he was a translator studying at university. He made us a lovely complimentary Turkish coffee. Unfortunately the bed was far too hard and woke up with back ache the next morning!

Very nice place, clean and tidy, in a good location and accessible to tourist attractions.

Et skønt ophold på hotellet. Personalet er meget venligt og giver en perfekt service. Værelserne er nye og der er pæt og rent. Lækker og varieret morgenmadsbuffet, med cappuccino ad libitum 😋 Vi vil helt sikkert vende tilbage.

Odalar biraz ufak okadar , kahvaltıda fazla çeşit yoktu ama herşey güzeldi bence yeterliydi , konum olarak toplı ulaşıma yakın

Camere un po’ piccole ma pulite e funzionali. Buona la prima colazione. Shafan alla reception gentile e prezioso nei consigli.

Un hotel pequeño, habitaciones pequeñaa, pero no se necesita mas, bien ubicado, linpio, buena atencion....volvería

Sehr freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gesäubert und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Das Personal ist für jegliche Anliegen stets greifbar und sehr freundlich.

Wir würden diess Hotel jederzeit erneut buchen!
