Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

The staff made a mistake with our booking when we arrived. But quickly resolved the issue. The rooms are very clean, very spacious and updated! sound insulation is done well, couldn’t hear anything outside. Breakfast buffet was available every morning with plenty of options, but wasn’t satisfying to my taste buds. Laundry machines enough, no waiting needed. Zhangjiajie is small. This hotel wasn’t in the popular area, so there wasn’t much, food was local food, alley ways, etc. the best part was the cable car to tianmen mountain is literally across the street!

El hotel está frente mismo a la estación donde sale el telesferico al paquete de Tianmen. El desayuno es muy rico y variado. Muy buena ubicación.

We stayed here at the end of a 2 day tour of the local mountains, and as this is located right at the end of one of the cable cars it was very convenient

施設では、毎日ランドリー係の人が洗濯して、部屋のドブノアにかけてくれました。すごく助かりました。朝食もおいしかったし、スタッフも親切でした。天子山への、ロープウェイ🚡も近くて、移動が便利でした。また、張家界に行く時は、このホテルを使いたいです。

Clean and modern hotel which is situated in the middle of the city. You can get local or western food (KFC) nearby and you can walk to the cable car station going to the mountain

특유의 냄새가 너무 힘들었어요 ㅜㅜ 환기가 잘안되는지 스모킹룸을 주셨는지 모르겠어요. 체크인하고 너무 피곤해서 그냥 잤더니 다음날까지 머리가 아프더라구요. 위치와 조식, 로비 응대는 좋았어요

It is super close to the cable station which is just across the street. A lot of dining options nearby. Also there is a ChaYanYueSe store very close to the hotel!

Just stayed thr one night, pretty decent hotel with a OK breakfast. Right next to the canle car for Tiananmen mountain.

The reception staff Alice is very helpful and accommodating,very patiently waited while I was having some technical issues issues with the Wise card.Alice was full of empathy and suggest we check in n rest and settle the payment when the system is resolved.upoñ checking out after Alice knowing that we have an early check out ,prepare 2 sets of takeaway breakfast in a bag which is very thoughtful.Apart from her good services,the room was not very impressive and is very run down with sheer curtains full of smell, could have been accumulate from months n smoking though not allowed.Bathroom tape was leaking.breakfast was reasonable but not fantastic as that of a Hilton.the most convenient is the cable car entrance to the Tianmem Gate is just opposite which saves lots of time and the eateries around
