Disappointed in rudeness of manager , also room and amenities not clean

Would stay here again for work travel stopover - A classic case of you get what you pay for.

Good pub room, shared shoemwer and bathroom.

Nice place, good if you can get cheap and plan to party late. Room could do with a bit more attention, furniture, powerpoints and curtains!!

Not far from the lighthouse

Very spacious!! Excellent bedding!! Loved the character of the heritage.

Food was really good.

The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. A full length mirror would have been handy plus a hanging rack in both rooms. Also ironing facilities. The shared bathroom was out of order on our floor so we had to go up another flight of stairs to use the bathroom.
Staff were friendly. A quick rundown of check out procedure was given but no help offered to get our bags upstairs.

Nice stay for 2 nights.
There was plenty of room for a table and chairs or stools under the coffee bench , rather than eating on the bed.

Good clean, well presented pub rooms.
It’s an old pub, creaky old floors, shared bathroom. Street parking only.
The rooms are good if you have a few and want to stay the night.
Good pub food.
A few nice cafes on the same street and only a 10min walk to the blowhole.
The staff were very good.

Caught train to Kiama. Hotel just short walk around corner. Quiet location close to harbour

Property is old one with few facilities. Rest all good and staff are nice.

The floor was dirty. The doona was on the floor. We couldn’t stay and asked for the money back. We hope that we will get the refund.

Check-in was a little prolonged as the bar staff check you in and it was a busy Friday night. It was a very clean room in a quiet secure part of the hotel with a comfortable bed. The only downside was that there were no powerpoints we could access in the room - only some in the hallway. Obviously it is quite an old building but my husband needed to charge his computer for work the next day as he had a meeting with colleagues in US. I needed to leave early for my makeup job the next morning but we had no key to get back into the building and noone was around so my husband had to stand at the main door holding it open to make sure we didn’t get locked out. Otherwise, the pub itself has a really nice atmosphere and if I wasn’t getting up early next day, would have definitely hung around for a drink and listen to the live music. I think it was very reasonable for the price we paid.

clean and great bed so all okay but room facilities ... weird set up and very very basic .Tv on side wall..not visible from bed ... no seats to sit on then to watch it .... only one channel tuned in to watch... no bedside lamp so only main light to see anything...

Was worst place ever stayed . No bathroom in rooms , no power points for charging . Toxic paint smell , had to leave really early as was unbearable , cockroaches as big as mice . Not worth 185$ , don’t stay here .

Needless to say- it’s beyond no star - no offensive but it could be better than that..
Not even wanted to be there for second- leave as soon as saw the condition..
Wasted money booking with Whatif website..
Will not trust Whatif website ever..
