Logging in at the computer terminal took far too long. The software was clunky, and the family ahead of us got so frustrated, they left before they completed their log in.
We was forced to change to Hine Adon’s North hotel 50 minutes of walk from the city center.
The main reason why we booked their hotel in the city center was because we needed to be in the city of several reasons.
The reason why charging hotel was a bit uncertain - some issues with room they said.
Same day as we arrived ”our room” was adverticed on Hotels.com and ee just got the feeling that the set up moving us was because the North hotels was difficult to get guests to. We where almost alone in a 40 room hotel. That was how we felt.
We got a compensaion of two brakfasts of four so the friendly personell at the hotel really tried their best.
Great price for the location in a nice building with a spacious, clean room and excellent customer service. They sent me a form to fill out for free public transportation before my arrival, so an option to use to reach the hotel. (I forgot and ended up walking the km, which is a bit hilly, so I wouldn't suggest it if you have a heavy load.)I like the self-service check-in machine, but I wish the time-consuming info like address and passport details could've been filled ahead of time online (maybe they have this option, but I don't recall receiving the info) because I was so hot in the hallway filling this out. Then the machine failed on me, but the staff responded quickly. It probably took about 15 minutes before I could get into my room. The lift was broken at the time, but the staff member who helped me with the key card carried my heavy luggage up two flights.
The room is pleasant, spacious, with a nice street view. The kitchenette is compact, but utensils like a wine and a can opener were there, even a small dishwasher. No salt or pepper. The rubbish bin lid was broken off. The pillows were big but rather lumpy, and there was a tear in the duvet cover. I woke up itching with a few rashes, but it could be an allergic reaction to something else(?). This part is a bit concerning, but overall, I'd stay again if that was the result of something other than what is in the bed.
Staff were very kind and helpful. The suite was a little dated but clean. The location was perfect , right by the old town shopping street lines with restaurants, 10min walk from train station and 3 minutes from cathedral. The only downside was not having working elevator to carry suitcases through winding stairs to and from 4th floor room.

It s a small studio with kichen and u can manage to make meals with equipment but they dont provide any salt or pepper
