No one needs to speak other languages if they’re fluent in technology.
I don’t speak Japanese, and I guess a lot of the staff there don’t speak English — which is understandable. The lady at the counter pulled out a translator app, and everything that needed to be communicated got done without any hiccups.
Quiet and clean. Customizable room service.
The corridor air conditioning was pretty cold — not to my taste.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay (2 nights).

スタッフはとても親切で丁寧で好感が持てます。

食事については朝からソースカツはちょっと重くて手が伸びなかった。ご当地ならもう少し海鮮も欲しかった。

エレベーターが来るのが毎回遅かった。混み合っているので仕方ないのかも。

部屋や浴室はとても清潔で清掃も行き届いていた。
全体的に他のビジネスホテルチェーンとは一線を画す印象。また利用したい。

まだ新しくスタッフも不慣れかなと思うところはあったが不愉快なこともなく一生懸命に接客してくれた。部屋は快適で、長期滞在にも適していると思う。
何より温泉付きで、リフレッシュできた。
