Pros:

Two Mystay hotels are nearby, called East and West. East hotel is located West and conversely.

I was sick during my stay so I really appreciated to have drinkable water 10 m away with a bottle and cup to drink it, to have silence for resting, to be less than 1 km from St Luke hospital.

Attentive staff. Room comfortable but minimal in size, especially the bathroom, less than 2 m² but clean and practical with sliding door. Air cooling works well. No fan. Real window that can be slightly opened, with some view. The walls are damaged probably by unproper cooling condensate evacuation.

No big mall nearby but plenty of small shops, selling in particular fruits.
