Beautiful design, superb details, and marble finishes. The mattress and bed are top comfort. The staff is friendly. The location is central. The food selection and presentation are good; the only problem it was too salty. Another small issue that surprised me, I was given a price for a taxi ride by the hotel receptionist, but after I took the ride, the taxi driver asked for a higher fee. I informed the hotel about this, asking for clarifications, but they never answered me back.

Unlike many hotels in Lebanon, the bedding here is a dream: plush, indulgent, and perfect for sinking into after a day in the city. Each room has its own air-conditioning unit, so the air remains crisp and fresh — free from the faint trace of smoke that can linger in shared systems.

What truly sets Lost Hotel apart, however, is the people. Sabine and Ann Marie embody genuine hospitality, anticipating needs before they’re voiced, while Ralph and the kitchen team infuse every interaction with warmth — even taking the time to ask how my stay was. It’s this blend of comfort, style, and heartfelt care that makes Lost Hotel a place I’m already dreaming of returning to next year.

Beautiful hotel, they did a lovely job renovating an old building. Beds are very comfortable. Welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast with lots of options, and the bar/restaurant downstairs is a cute spot for dinner or a drink in the evening too.
