The hotel is a gem. It’s beautiful and has incredible views and direct beach access. Lovely sunset views from the beach and a stylish decor. We did find the pricing of food in the restaurant obscene compared to the wonderful options a short ride away and mediocre at best. For example we had a spaghetti bolognese and stir fried noodles for 950k… We went to one of the nicest restaurants in town that night for dinner and got 2 bowls of crab soup, 12 oysters, salmon entree, shrimp entree and asparagus for the same cost! We reached out to concierge service to arrange our transportation back to hanoi and we were quoted $4,500,000… I check 3 different services and wasn’t quoted over $1,500,000. That’s just offensive. The hotel helped us celebrate with a piece of cake for our honeymoon, which was sweet but overall service in hotel isn’t up 5⭐️ rating. Sat with dirty dishes in room our entire stay despite someone coming by the room. We’ve stayed at Intercontinental Properties all over the world, and this just was not the same experience. We have come to expect from the brand.

신상호텔로 확실히 인터컨다워요
중간에 클럽라운지 추가해서 지냈는데 기회된다면 호캉스 예정이라면 꼭 추가하길 바랍니다
근데 체크인후 룸사용시 룸과 화장실 중간 슬라이드 문 고장으로 인해서 조치를 취하는데 대응이 적절하지 않게 느껴졌어요
오후 늦게 8시 넘어 체크인하고 피곤한상태로 씻으려구하다가 고장발견하고 얘기한건데 10~20분 수리해도 되지 않으면 빨리 룸교체 해주는게 맞다고 봐요
계속 수리팀은 수리하려구 하는데 되지도 않고 짐도 다 못풀고 씻지도 못하고 피곤한데 시간은 한시간 가량 흐르고
제가 요청해서 룸교체를 받아서 그제서야 쉴수있게되었는데 그런일이 생기면 신속하게 대응해주시길 바랍니다
레이트체크아웃 2시간 요청해서 받았지만 조금은 아쉬운점이 남아 남겨요
그외 조식이며 룸상태며 수영장. 클럽라운지 모두 만족스러워요
