First, was not Meraki hotel, but Meraki Rooms, without reception or any receptionist. Doors locked.The neighbour building called the owner who send a person with the room’s key. Not any table, chair or stool in the room. The bed, sheets, towels very good. Cleaners friendly. No one to pick up key. Left the key in the room, door opened. Sign “ Meraki Hotel” thrown beside the stair with a small “reception” counter. Never recommended this property as “Hotel” or “Rooms”. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

We stayed in two double rooms at this property, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what the photos promised. One of the rooms was significantly smaller than expected — you basically stand in the sink and shower at the same time. It was definitely not the room shown in the pictures.

One of our rooms was not cleaned during our stay. When we raised this issue, the staff blamed us and said we should have informed them. However, there was no reception or contact number available for guests to report such problems. Strangely, the other room was cleaned without us asking.

Security was a big concern. Anyone could walk into the building, and the keys to the rooms were left hanging in the cleaning closet, accessible to anyone. This made us feel very unsafe, as our belongings were at risk.

This place cannot be classified as a hotel. Most of the building is still under construction, with only two floors finished, and the rest looking like a construction site. The photos need to be updated to reflect the true condition of the property, as they are misleading.

Overall, we do not recommend this accommodation.

Meraki Hotel fica em uma localização perfeita, próxima a restaurantes, bares, mercado, Porto e também ao Ferry. O quarto é amplo e oferece os itens necessários, o anfitrião é bem atencioso, embora o estacionamento seja apenas as vagas em frente ele prontamente se ofereceu para encontrar conosco.
