Don’t use Expedia to book this hotel as Expedia way over charges and has deceptive practices.

Hotel was fine but need new pillows.

Racist manager.

The nite time manager shelianice until she saw that me and my man are different races then was such a snotty attatude it was pathetic. I had to cut my stay short and not only did they charge for the whole 7 days at check in insted of checkout they refuse to refund the 4 days i did not stay. The room was nice except for the musty smell by the door and the fact that there latch got hooked and locked me out of my room. For a brand new hotell they realy need to do better. Would never recommend them to anyone.

There was a water leak on the 4th floor. I got to hotel and was told no rooms available. They still charged my card. And still fighting for a refund a week later. The manager is never available and won’t return phone calls.

Expedia had incorrect information on the app. Said the minimum check-in age is 18. I, 18 years old, go there to stay for a few nights and I’m turned away because I’m told only ages 21 or older can check-in and out. So, I had to find a last-minute place to stay. Highly disappointed in Expedia. Get your information right, please.

We arrived on property to check in and were told they did not have a room for us. Had our reservation. Reservation was made 7/19. Today is 8/15. No phone call. No email. Nothing. Said there was problem with the building and all the rain. Still had phone service and computers But nothing to us to warn us or give us a chance for other hotels. Everything in this area fulll because of college move ins and other activities. Had to pay twice amount for room elsewhere and were lucky to find one after traveling 4 hours to get to our reservation . Totally unacceptable

The property charged my card TWICE. and when I asked for a refund they said their policy is no refunds.... umm okay even for duplicate charges? what the heck? The staff is rude and not helpful.
